WHAT IS A HAKENGAISHA?
There are employment agency in Japan, commonly called contractors (hakengaisha), are companies that allocate human resources. Which qualified workers are hired by the allocation company and sent to the receiving companies.
Haken-shain are employees of the human resources company, with all contractual criteria and labor laws totally different from the direct worker of the company where provides services. Thus, the employee is not a worker of the company where he works, but rather of the human resources company.
CRITERIA FOR A GOOD EMPLOYMENT AGENCY, HAKEN GAISHA
A good human resource company, requires a curriculum, conducts the interview, explain and answer all your questions related to the work, and with client’s permission, the receiving company show the place of work and presenting the responsible of the factory. If the both parties agree to the conditions, an employment contract is presented to be signed, one will be stay with the worker.

・Enroll the employee in Social Insurance;
